Terms & privacy.

Copyright

Every photograph on this site is © Teddy Tran. Nothing here may be copied, downloaded, screen-captured, reposted or used to train anything without written permission. Members pay for access to view, not for a licence to redistribute.

Adults only

The members area contains artistic nudity. By joining you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that viewing such material is legal where you are. Every person photographed was an adult at the time of the shoot and signed a release.

Membership

Membership is sold and billed by Patreon under their terms. Cancel there at any time; access ends with the paid period. Refunds follow Patreon's policy.

Privacy

This site keeps no account of you. It sets no tracking cookies and sells nothing about you. If you email, the message stays between us. Hosting is on Vercel and files are stored with Supabase, both of which may log standard request data.

Takedowns

If you appear in a photograph and want it removed, write to info@teddytran.com and it comes down.
